Shipping Costs
Enjoy a lifestyle built for visionaries without worrying about shipping costs. We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $200. For all orders under $200, we charge a Flat Rate Shipping of $7.95. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not yet shipping internationally, as we are a new brand that is starting slow: just like how all of our products are made.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
We do our best to get your products out the door and into the postal office within 2-5 business days from order placement. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop with an email containing your tracking number. While we strive to ensure that we process your order on time, we cannot guarantee arrival of shipments by a specific date. This is particularly relevant during the holiday season and considering our remote shop is located in the luscious Hawai'i. Although shipping delays are beyond our control, we are committed to excellent customer service. Nonetheless, our refund policy remains firm: we do not offer refunds for delays in shipment (see refund/return policy below).
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for locations nearby our store on Kaua'i. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local Delivery is available for Kaua'i County addresses located between Lihue and Kilauea. If the Local Delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders places before 5PM HST will be delivered the next delivery day depending on your location. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the conditions listed below. To start a return or ask any returns-related questions, you can contact us at returns@studiotanah.com
Damaged Items
If the item arrives damaged or broken, you may return it in identical condition for a refund to the original payment method. Please email us a photo of the damaged items and proof of purchase to returns@studiotanah.com within 24 hours of receipt. We might ask you to return the broken items (we'll cover the shipping) before we issue your refund. We can't provide a refund to your account unless these steps are taken. Please review "Return Eligibility" below to ensure smooth processing.
General Dissatisfaction
Because of the unique nature of every item we sell, we make every effort to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you are dissatisfied with the products you receive and would like to return it, you may return it in identical condition for a refund to the original payment method (less shipping costs to Hawai'i). Please email us a photo of the unsatisfactory items and proof of purchase to returns@studiotanah.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will ask you to return the items before we issue your refund. We can't provide a refund to your account unless these steps are taken. Please review "Return Eligibility" below to ensure smooth processing.
Return Eligibility
In order for the item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. It might take up to 2 weeks for your refund to post to your bank account.
Please remember that we are a small team, so it might take a little while to post your refund depending on our availability. Our store runs on international travel drops, so we might not be able to attend to your return ASAP if we are currently procuring more items abroad. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@studiotanah.com.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product safety, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our dried edible products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Please note, for all of the above non-returnable items list, we do not offer refunds for general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or instances where products might not be suitable to your body. Once a package departs from our studio, it is final sale and not eligible for return or refund -- no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this manner.
Incorrect Address or Refused on Delivery
Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will need to charge additional shipping fees to reship the package to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds in such cases.
Similarly, we also do not offer refunds for orders refused on delivery. Your understanding on these matters is deeply appreciated.
Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
In the event your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please send us an email within 48 hours of the delivery time indicated by your tracking information. The email should include a photograph of the received items as well as the packing slip. Please note, it's crucial to comply with this time frame. If the required information is not received within the designated period, our ability to assist may be limited. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.
Coupon Codes
Ensure to enter your coupon codes at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot apply them retroactively.
